Bold Black and White Striped Pants

Last year I found these bold black and white striped pants on the clearance rack in Forever 21 for $8, I bought them figuring I would eventually find the right outfit for them. With the newly cool weather and bold black and white print, I decided to put these fun stripes to use during the Halloween weekend. I paired them with a deep blue sweater from the Express Outlets and bright hot pink statement jewelry.
